Complaints Book
Under Portuguese law, all local accommodation establishments have a Complaints Book. It is available in physical form at the property and in electronic form, accessible from any device.
Before submitting a complaint, please talk to us: almost everything can be resolved quickly with a conversation. If you would prefer to proceed formally, use the links below.
